One day I decided to make a chocolate sauce; I ended up with chocolate.
MAKES: 30 small chocolates TIME: 10-15 minutes
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2-3 tbsp cacao powder (depending on how dark you like your chocolate)
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil (depending on how coconutty you like your chocolate)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- almonds, nuts or nut butter (optional)
METHOD: In saucepan, mix all ingredients except for almonds or nut butter. Boil, do not let burn. Once chocolate has boiled, spoon into chocolate moulds. After chocolate moulds are full, put almonds or nut butter on chocolate. Store in freezer. ENJOY!
