Everybody loves pizza; why not have it everyday, for breakfast, lunch or dinner?
MAKES: 1 PIZZA TIME: 5-10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
INGREDIENTS FOR TUNA AND SLICED TOMATOES TOPPING OPTION:
- 1 can of tuna in spring water
- 10 cherry tomatoes
INGREDIENTS FOR TUNA AND TOMATO PASTE TOPPING OPTION:
- 1 can of tuna in spring water
- 1-2 tbsp tomato paste
METHOD: Pre-heat grill to 200Β°C. Mix your eggs, salt and pepper together in bowl. Pour egg mixture into heat safe pan and heat on medium.
METHOD FOR TUNA AND SLICED TOMATOES TOPPING OPTION: Slice cherry tomatoes into thirds. Place tuna (with or with out liquid) in bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
METHOD FOR TUNA AND TOMATO PASTE TOPPING OPTION: Place tuna (with or with out liquid), tomato paste and salt and pepper (to taste) in bowl and mix until combined.
Once egg whites starts to cook, sprinkle topping evenly on “pizza” base. When “pizza” is almost cooked, place under grill until cooked or slighty browned. Slide onto plate so topping is still facing upwards and slice into eighths. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
