Chocolate “Nice Cream” (GAPS)

I SPRINKLED SOME CHOPPED UP ALMONDS ON THE “NICE CREAM”.

SERVES: 2 TIME: 5 minutes + 15- 10 minutes thawing time

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 frozen, ripe bananas, cut in to pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

METHOD: Take frozen bananas out of freezer and let thaw for about 10-15 minutes. Place thawed, frozen bananas, cacao powder and vanilla extract in to blender. Blend until smooth consistency. Spoon “Nice Cream” into bowls and serve immediately or freeze. Enjoy!
